摘要
长期以来,由于油田防喷器设计上的原因及人为因素,在关闭防喷器之后,存在发生因误操作而造成提断钻杆、拉倒井架等重大隐患。在海上某平台,修井机上安装的地面防喷器控制装置也存在不足,在防喷器动作后,如半封防喷器或环形防喷器关闭后,存在主绞车继续转动而造成提断钻杆、拉倒井架等可能性,这样存在重大的隐患。文章介绍某海上平台改造设计的一套在防喷器动作后自动锁定主绞车的控制功能。
For a long time,due to the design of the oilfield blowout preventer and human factors,after closing the blowout preventer,there are major hidden dangers such as breaking the drill pipe and pulling down the derrick due to misoperation.On a certain offshore platform,the ground blowout preventer control device installed on the workover rig is also inadequate.After the blowout preventer is activated,such as the semi-sealed blowout preventer or the annular blowout preventer is closed,the main drawworks continues to rotate and causes the breakage possibility of drilling pipes,pulling down the derrick,etc.,has major hidden dangers.This article introduces a set of control functions designed for an offshore platform to automatically lock the main winch after the blowout preventer operates.
