青海典型石油工业含油污泥处理技术及其应用

Treatment Technology and Application of Oily Sludge in Qinghai Typical Petroleum Industry

石油工业生产会产生大量的含油污泥,这些污泥为固体废弃物,不仅数量巨大而且严重危害环境,因此,针对含油污泥的工艺处理技术一直在不断研究和完善。文章从含油污泥的来源、成分和危害进行分析,提出了石油工业含油污泥的相关处理技术,主要包括化学清洗法、热萃取法、焚烧法、热解法,并阐述了在青海典型石油工业中的应用实例。

Petroleum industry production will produce a large number of oily sludge,these sludge are solid wastes,which are not only huge in quantity,but also seriously harm to the environment.Therefore,the process treatment technology for oily sludge has been constantly studied and improved.This paper analyzes the source,composition and harm of oily sludge,and puts forward the related treatment technology of oily sludge in petroleum industry,including chemical cleaning method,thermal extraction method,incineration method,pyrolysis method,and expounds the application examples in Qinghai typical petroleum industry.
