加湿法结合粉末法增强非渗透性客体表面陈旧手印的显现

Humidification Combined with Powder Method Enhanced the Development of Stale Fingermarks on the Surface of Non-permeable Objects

摘要 研究以非渗透性客体表面陈旧手印为研究对象,使用加湿器对陈旧手印进行加湿,并使用粉末对加湿后的手印进行显现,比较加湿前和加湿后的手印显现效果。实验结果表明,经加湿后显现的手印,其乳突纹线部位吸附的粉末增多,细节特征更加清晰明显,手印显现效果得到明显增强。这表明加湿法可将陈旧手印逐渐转变为近似新鲜的手印,即:使用加湿法结合粉末法增强陈旧手印的显现效果是可行的。此外,这一方法与哈气法相比,具有雾化的水汽颗粒更小、加湿条件可调控、不会污染接触性DNA等显著优势。 In this study,the stale fingermarks on the surface of non-permeable objects were used as the research object.Humidifier was used to humidify the stale fingermarks,and powder was used to show the humidified fingermarks afterwards.Furthermore,the developing effect of the fingermarks before and after humidification was compared.The experimental results show that after humidification,the powder adsorbed on the mastoid line is increased,the detail features are clearer and more obvious,and the fingermark development effect is significantly enhanced.This indicates that the humidification method can gradually transform the old fingermarks into nearly fresh fingermarks,that is,it is feasible to enhance the developing effect of the old fingermarks by using the humidification method combined with powder method.In addition,compared with the halitus method,this method has the advantages of smaller atomized water vapor particles,adjustable humidification conditions,and no contamination of contact DNA.
