The Study of 40%Thiacloprid SC

对40%噻虫啉悬浮剂配方中的分散剂、润湿剂进行筛选,同时筛选出优质的增效剂及用量,得到高稳定性的噻虫啉悬浮剂配方,并实现了产业化生产。确定了产品配方为噻虫啉40%,SP-2700聚羧酸盐4%,PEAS03 1%,500LQ 1%,KT-75Y 1%,适量黄原胶及硅酸镁铝,软水补齐。制得产品的悬浮率达到99%以上,粒度D98在3-4μm之间,样品稀释2 000倍其表面张力值低于36 mN/m,热储分解率小于1%,各项技术指标符合悬浮剂相关标准。

Through screening the types and dosages of dispersant,wetting agent,and synergist,a high stability thiacloprid SC formula was obtained and finally achieved mass production.The product formulation was chosen,which was made up of thiacloprid 40%,SP-2700 Polycarboxylate salt 4%,PEAS031%,500 LQ 1%,KT-75Y 1%,appropriate amounts of xanthan gum and magnesium aluminum silicate,and adding soft water to 100%.This formulation showed that the suspension rate of the product was over 99%and D98 was between 3-4μm.When the product was diluted 2000 times,its surface tension was less than 36 mN/m.Decomposition rate after heat storage was no higher than 1%.All other technical indexes were in compliance with the relevant standards of SC.
