The Risk Factors and Elimination Ways in the Safety Design of Chemical Process

化工行业作为我国经济发展的重要支柱,在最近几年来得到了更大的发展空间,衍生出了多种新型的技术工艺。但是,在化工工艺的安全设计中仍然存在着一些不可忽视的危险性因素。为了能够更好地符合新时代中行业的发展需求,务必要从现实情况出发,将危险因素彻底消除在源头中。基于此,文章通过分析化学工艺设计的特殊性与分类内容,列举了几点比较常见的危险因素,并结合自身经验给出了几点消除建议。

The chemical industry as an important pillar to support China's economic development,although in recent years has been a greater space for development,derived a variety of new technology.But in the final analysis,there are still some risk factors that can not be ignored in the safety design of chemical process.In order to better meet the development needs of the industry in the new era,we must proceed from the reality and completely eliminate the risk factors in the source.Based on this,this paper analyzes the particularity and classification of chemical process design,lists several common risk factors,and combined with their own experience,gives some suggestions to eliminate.
