This paper first analyzes the existing problems of hazardous waste management and disposal in enterprises,including improper handling cycle,unclear direction,lack of legal constraints,lax environmental protection and law enforcement,and then introduces the significance of standardizing the management and disposal of hazardous waste in enterprises,including enterprise benefit,social benefit and long-term significance.Finally,it puts forward the measures of hazardous waste management and disposal,including perfecting the construction of relevant norms,purifying the atmosphere through joint supervision mode,and establishing the pattern of cluster treatment and disposal.
