摘要
为解决传统聚烯烃类塑料管道质量控制波特率低的问题,提出基于FMEA(Fai lureModeand Effect Analysis)分析方法的聚烯烃类塑料管道质量控制方法。通过明确聚烯烃类塑料管道质量控制内容,利用FMEA分析聚烯烃类塑料管道质量控制数据,实现聚烯烃类塑料管道质量控制。设计实验分析,结果表明,设计的控制方法控制波特率明显高于对照组,能够解决传统聚烯烃类塑料管道质量控制波特率低的问题。
In order to solve the problem of low baud rate in traditional quality control of polyolefin plastic pipeline,a quality control method of polyolefin plastic pipeline based on FMEA(fai lure mode and effect analysis)analysis method was proposed.By defining the quality control content of polyolefin plastic pipeline,the quality control data of polyolefin plastic pipeline are analyzed by FMEA,and the quality control of polyolefin plastic pipeline is realized.The experimental results show that the baud rate of the designed control method is significantly higher than that of the control group,which can solve the problem of low baud rate in traditional quality control of polyolefin plastic pipes.
