凝析油集输管线气阻现象形成原因及优化对策

摘要 在塔中Ⅰ号凝析气藏塔中第三联合站站外流程运行过程中,部分集气站油集输干线出现高集输压差,造成集气站原油无法正常外输,集气站进站汇管超压安全阀起跳,存在重大安全隐患。文章以现场实例分析了管道高集输压差形成原因,确定因原油中溶解气闪蒸造成油集输干线形成气阻,并通过对原油进行再次闪蒸的方式进行了有效治理,效果明显。 During the operation process of the third combined station in Tazhong-ⅠGas Field,the pressure difference of oil gathering and transportation is high in some of gas gathering,made gas gathering station oil can not be transported,starting of over-pressure safety valve in inlet manifold of gas gathering station,have a major security breach.In this paper,the cause of high gathering pressure difference in pipeline is analyzed with a field example,it is determined that the dissolved gas flash vaporization in crude oil causes the air lock in the main of gathering line,and the effective treatment is carried out by the way of the crude oil flash vaporization again.
