小针刀联合整脊治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折术后疼痛的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Postoperative Pain of Thoracolumbar Compression Fracture Treated by Small Needle Knife Combined with Spinal Alignment

目的:研究分析小针刀联合整脊治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折术后疼痛的作用效果,为后续临床研究提供方法参考。方法:以2017年6月-2019年8月期间在我院接受手术治疗的胸腰椎压缩性骨折术后疼痛60例患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组以及观察组,对照组采取药物、针灸以及推拿等治疗;观察组采取小针刀联合整脊治疗,对比2组治疗效果。结果:治疗后观察组疼痛程度低于对照组,活动情况优于对照组;观察组的总有效率为96.7%,明显高于对照组的73.3%,2组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:小针刀联合整脊治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折术后疼痛效果理想,可明显减轻患者疼痛程度,改善机体活动情况,值得推荐使用。

Objective:To study and analyze the effect of small-needle scalpel combined with spinal consolidation in the treatment of postoperative pain of thoracolumbar compression fractures,so as to provide method reference for subsequent clinical studies.Methods:A total of 60 patients with postoperative pain of thoracolumbar compression fracture treated in our hospital from June 2017 to August 2019 were randomly divided into control group and study group.The control group was treated with drugs,acupuncture and massage.The observation group was treated with small acupotomy combined with chiropractic therapy,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The pain degree of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the activity was better than that of the control group.The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.7%,significantly higher than that of the control group(73.3%),with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Small-needle scalpel combined with chiropractic treatment for thoracolumbar compression fracture has an ideal effect,can significantly reduce the pain degree of patients,improve the physical activity,and is worthy of recommendation.
