摘要
目的:探讨老年下肢骨折手术室护理中风险护理的应用。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年12月我院手术室收治的老年下肢骨折患者86例,随机分为2组,对照组常规护理,观察组实施风险护理,比较2组SDS及SAS评分、手术成功率、手术时间和疼痛评分。结果:观察组SDS及SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的手术成功率高于对照组,手术时间和疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:老年下肢骨折患者手术室护理中采取风险护理效果显著,能改善患者SDS及SAS评分和提高手术成功率,还能降低手术时间和疼痛评分,应推广应用。
Objective:To explore the application of risk nursing in operating room nursing for senile lower limb fracture.Methods:86 cases of elderly patients with lower limb fractures admitted to the operating room of our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups:the control group received routine nursing,and the research group received risk nursing.SDS and SAS scores,surgical success rate,operative time and pain scores of the two groups were compared.Results:SDS and SAS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The results of risk nursing in the operating room for elderly patients with lower limb fracture are significant,which can improve the SDS and SAS scores of patients,improve the success rate of surgery,and reduce the operation time and pain score.
