Quality Character Analysis of Different Cabbage Inbred Line

摘要 为了选育出品质性状优良的甘蓝杂交种,本研究以45份基因型差异较大的甘蓝自交系为研究对象,测定了5个与甘蓝品质相关的化学指标。结果表明:在45份甘蓝自交系中Vc含量、可溶性固形物含量、蛋白质含量、粗纤维含量和水分含量的变异系数依次为47%、20%、18%、9%和3%,其中Vc含量与水分含量间存在着极显著负相关性,而与可溶性固形物含量存在极显著正相关性,可溶性固形物含量与水分含量存在极显著负相关性。经主成分分析,提取的3个主成分可以解释82.83%的总信息量,3个主成分代表性指标分别命名为:F1营养成分、F2质地成分和F3口味成分,贡献率分别为0.4537、0.2275和0.1471。在阈值为3.2时,系统聚类分析将45份甘蓝自交系分为7类,当中,多以遗传背景相似度大的自交系聚为同一类。本研究旨在为甘蓝品质性状育种提供参考依据。 In order to breed hybrid cabbage with excellent quality trait,45 cabbage inbred lines with large genotype differences were used in this study.Five chemical indices related to the quality of cabbage were determined.The results showed that the genetic variation coefficient of Vc content,soluble solids content,protein content,coarse cellulose content,and water content in 45 inbred lines of cabbage were 47%,20%,18%,9%,and 3%,respectively.Correlation analysis shows that there is a very significant negative correlation between Vc content and water content and a very significant positive correlation with soluble solids,and a significant negative correlation between the content of soluble solids and water content.After principal component analysis,extracting 3 principal components can explain 82.83%of the total information content.According to the representative parameters of each principal component they were named as F1(principal components of nutrients),F2(principal components of texture),F3(principal components of taste),and the contributive rates of these components respectively were 0.4537,0.2275,0.1471.Hierarchical cluster analysis divided 45 cabbage inbred lines into 7 categories with threshold 3.2.Among them,inbred lines with large similarity of genetic background were clustered into the same category.The purpose of this study is to provide reference for cabbage quality breeding.
