探讨PLIF治疗腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效

Investigate the Clinical Efficacy of PLIF in Lumbar Spinal Stenosis

目的:探讨腰椎管狭窄症治疗中后路椎管减压椎间融合术(PLIF)的临床疗效.方法:选择腰椎管狭窄症患者58例,均于2017年6月-2019年6月在我院接受治疗,随机分为观察组、对照组各29例.观察组接受后路椎管减压椎间植骨融合术(PLIF)治疗,对照组接受单纯椎板减压(PLF)治疗,对比2组手术前后腰痛疗效(JOA评分)及生活质量(ODI指数).结果:手术后,2组患者JOA评分均较手术前明显升高,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).2组患者ODI指数均较手术前明显降低,且观察组患者明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:后路椎管减压椎间融合固定术治疗腰椎管狭窄效果显著,可明显降低患者疼痛程度,术后患者生活质量更高.

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of lumbar spinal stenosis in the treatment of posterior lumber intervertebral fusion.Methods:58 cases of patients with lumbar spinal stenosis were selected.All patients received treatment in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019,and were randomly divided into observational group(n=29)and conventional group(n=29).The conventional group received simple lamina decompression treatment,and the observational group received posterior decompression intervertebral fusion treatment,Comparison of the efficacy of low back pain(JOA score)and quality of life(ODI index)before and after operation between the two groups.Results:After surgery,JOA score of patients in both groups was significantly higher than that before surgery,and the observational group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).ODI index of patients in both groups was signiiicantly lower than that before surgery,and patients in the observational group were significantly lower than that of the conventional group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis with posterior decompression intervertebral fusion has a significant effect,which can significantly relieve the pain of patients,and the postoperative quality of life of patients is higher.
