富血小板血浆(PRP)治疗膝关节骨性关节炎患者的临床分析

目的:对PRP治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)患者的相关临床措施加以探讨.方法:随机将我院收治的50例接受PRP治疗的KOA患者分成对照组、观察组2组各25例,分别给予其常规治疗与针对性治疗,观察2组治疗效果.结果:观察组患者疼痛与肿胀消失时间均显著早于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗1周后与治疗2周后观察组患者VAS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而在疼痛与麻木、行走、压痛等项目评分却显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:针对临床KOA患者情况,在给予其PRP治疗同时采取综合护理干预,可明显改善患者症状,减少患者疼痛,效果显著,值得推广.

Objective:To explore the clinical measures of PrP in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:50 koa patients who received PrP were randomly divided into two groups,25 in each group,and were given routine treatment and targeted treatment respectively.Results:The disappearance time of pain and swelling in group B was significantly earlier than that in group A(P<0.05),and the VAS score in group B was significantly lower than that in group A(P<0.05)after one week and two weeks of treatment,while the scores in pain and numbness,walking,tenderness were significantly higher than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:According to the clinical situation of KOA patients,taking comprehensive nursing intervention at the same time of PrP treatment can obviously improve the symptoms of patients,reduce the pain of patients,the effect is significant,and it is worth popularizing.
