光电测量的新能源汽车车轮踏面缺陷检测方法

摘要 新能源汽车的出现满足环保可持续发展的社会需求,新能源汽车车轮踏面缺陷检测能够提高新能源汽车运行安全水平。提出基于光电测量的新能源汽车车轮踏面缺陷检测方法,采用基于光电测量的新能源汽车车轮踏面检测方法,获取新能源汽车车轮踏面轮廓特征衍射图后;利用基于踏面轮廓特征衍射图的缺陷检测方法,检测新能源汽车车轮踏面轮廓特征衍射图中踏面缺陷的轮廓,定位踏面缺陷像素,实现新能源汽车车轮踏面缺陷检测。实验结果表示:该方法检测新能源汽车车轮踏面不同缺陷情况时,可实现高精度、全方位的新能源汽车车轮踏面缺陷检测,且抗干扰性极好,应用反馈较佳。 The emergence of new energy vehicles can meet the social needs of environmental protection and sustainable development.A new energy vehicle wheel tread defect detection method based on the photoelectric measurement is proposed,and a new energy vehicle wheel tread detection method based on the photoelectric measurement is adopted.The defect detection method based on the tread profile diffraction pattern is used to detect the profile of tread defects in the tread profile diffraction pattern of new energy vehicles,locate the tread defect pixels,and realise the detection of tread defects of new energy vehicles.The experimental results show that the method can detect the wheel tread defects of new energy vehicles with high precision and omnidirectional and has excellent anti-interference and good feedback.
