摘要
传统的室内空间布局标定系统标定准确率差,有效率低,为了解决上述问题,基于智能激光投影,系统设计硬件设计部分将硬件系统划分为三个模块,在激光发射模块,利用Rock/New wave高功率高重频可调皮秒超连续谱激光器综合数据分析系统对激光数据进行信息查找操作,补填系统操作漏洞,集中分析数据操控方式与信息查找方法处理,选择水星MERCURY MAC100无线AP控制器对数据进行相应功能控制,提升系统对标定数据的控制力度,由此获取操作效果较佳的理论性数据。并不断增强系统操控能力,在控制的基础上选用LA-GT20C激光器激光定位器对激光数据进行系统定位,掌控系统基本信息,并提高理论操作技巧,按照不同的查找方案实现对数据的实时监控与处理,以此实现对系统的硬件设计。在系统软件设计中,将软件系统划分为元件层、通信层及管理层三个部分进行研究,综合系统处理工能强化数据操控以及数据管理,不断实现数据精准标定,提升系统标定有效率,简化操作步骤,完成对系统软件的设计。实验结果表明,该系统设计在较高程度上提升了系统的操作能力,所见操作时间,增强系统标定效率,具备更佳的发展前景。
The traditional indoor space layout calibration system has poor calibration accuracy and low efficiency.In order to solve the above problems,based on intelligent laser projection,the hardware design part of the system design divides the hardware system into three modules. In the laser emission module,Rock is used. New wave high-power high-repetition-frequency adjustable picosecond supercontinuum laser integrated data analysis system performs information search operations on laser data,fills system operating loopholes,focuses on analysing data manipulation methods and information search method processing. We select Mercury Mercury MAC100 wireless AP. The controller performs corresponding function control on the data and improves the system’s control over the calibration data,thereby obtaining theoretical data with better-operating results. Furthermore,continue to enhance the system’s control capabilities,based on the control,select the LA-GT20 C laser positioner for system positioning of the laser data,control the basic information of the system,and improve the theoretical operation skills,according to different search schemes to achieve real-time data monitoring and monitoring Processing to achieve the hardware design of the system. This paper divides the software system into three parts in system software design: component layer,communication layer,and management layer for research. The integrated system processing capability can strengthen data manipulation and data management and continuously achieve accurate data calibration to improve system calibration efficiency. Simplify the operation steps and complete the design of the system software. The experimental results show that the system design has improved the system’s operating ability,operating time seen,and system calibration efficiency. It has better development prospects.
