激光成像技术在棉型服装设计中的应用

摘要 由于在利用原有方法进行棉型服装设计时,受调研数据量较大的影响而无法准确进行创意表达,在设计服装生产件数为1 000件~4 000件时,服装市场复制比较高,因此,将激光成像技术应用于棉型服装设计中,提出一种基于激光成像技术的棉型服装设计方法。调研棉型服装市场以及人群对象想要的设计性质以及类型,构建成品数据库输出特征模型,依据数据库信息结合具体的四大影响设计要素建立风格输出模型。建立设计元素矩阵,通过各种构成方法对应的组合效果函数,基于激光成像技术创建设计棉型服装的二维图像并生成其三维图像。进行该方法与原有方法的对比实验,通过对比实验证明该方法在设计服装生产件数为1 000件~4 000件的范围内服装市场复制比低于原有方法,实现了服装工艺的提升。 Due to a large amount of survey data,the original method can not accurately express the creativity of cotton garment design. When the number of garment production is 1 000-4 000 pieces,the clothing market replication is relatively high. Therefore,laser imaging technology is applied to cotton clothing design,and a cotton clothing design method based on laser imaging technology is proposed. Research the cotton clothing market and the design nature and type that the crowd wants,construct the output characteristic model of the finished product database and establish the style output model according to the database information and the four specific design elements. Combined with the establishment of the design element matrix,the two-dimensional image of cotton clothing design was created based on laser imaging technology. Its three-dimensional image was generated through the combined effect function corresponding to various composition methods. The comparison experiment between this method and the original method is carried out.It proved that the reproduction ratio of the clothing market is lower than that of the original method in the range of 1000-4 000 pieces of designed clothing,and the improvement of clothing technology is realised.
