摘要 塔河油田碎屑岩和碳酸盐岩稀油储层,多采用射孔/酸压+自喷+机抽的完井—采油作业方式进行完井,需下入两趟管柱分别完成射孔/酸压和机抽开采,且自喷转机抽和机抽检泵期间均需要完井液压井,增加作业成本和储层伤害风险。文章设计了完井—采油一体化工艺,下入一趟管柱即可完成射孔/酸压+自喷+机抽作业,作业全程无需压井,减少产层伤害,降低作业成本。研制了实现完井—采油一体化工艺的自动压井阀和完井-采油气液分离器两个核心工具,并分析了实现大通径、耐高压等要求的多项关键技术,通过现场应用验证完井—采油一体化工艺及工具的可靠性能及明显的经济优势。 The clastic rock and carbonate thin oil reservoirs in Tahe Oilfield are mostly completed by combination of perforation/acid fracturing+self-injection+mechanical pumping.Two trips are needed to complete the operation of perforation/acid fracturing and mechanical pumping,and killing with completion fluid is needed when self-injection is transferred to mechanical pumping and pumping inspection period,which increase operating costs and reservoir pollution risks.The Completion-production Integration Process is designed,which can complete the whole operation in a single run.It can be used to reduce production layer pollution without using heavy fluid to kill the pressure,and reduce operating costs through finishing the whole operation in a single run.Core tools of automatic kill valve and completion-production gas-liquid separator are developed,and key technologies to achieve large diameter and high pressure resistance are analyzed.It was verified through field application that the Completion-production Integration Process and two core tools are reliable and with obvious economic advantages.
