体外冲击波结合药泥灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究

目的:观察体外冲击波结合药泥灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:100例按照随机数字表法分为两组各50例,两组均用体外冲击波,观察组加用药泥灸。结果:治疗后两组VAS评分均降低(P<0.05),JOA评分均升高(P<0.05),IL-1β、TNF-α和TXB2水平均降低(P<0.05),两侧腰背伸肌MPF和IEMG均升高(P<0.05),且观察组各项指标改善程度均大于对照组(P<0.05)。总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:体外冲击波结合药泥灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果较好。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of extracorporeal shock wave combined with medicinal mud moxibustion in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods: A total of 100 cases were divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group, in accordance with the random number table method. Both groups were treated with extracorporeal shock wave, and the observation group were treated with medicinal mud moxibustion in addition. Results: After treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups decreased(P<0.05). The JOA scores increased(P<0.05). The levels of IL-1β, TNF-α and TXB2 decreased(P<0.05). MPF and IEMG of both sides of the umbodorsal extensors increased(P<0.05), and the improvement of various indicators in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Extracorporeal shock wave combined with medicinal mud moxibustion is effective in treating lumbar disc herniation.
