赵凤林从脾胃论治心肌缺血经验

摘要 心肌缺血缺氧会对心肌细胞造成不同程度的损害。临床上常表现为心悸、心前区疼痛或放射性痛或不适等。而多数心脏病都会涉及到心肌缺血缺氧,在早期临床上尚未明确诊断前,部分心脏病会以心肌缺血等形式表现出来,故在治未病的思路上,重视并进行中医治疗干预很有价值[1]。心肌缺血属中医"怔忡""悸""胸痹"等范畴[2]。赵凤林临床发现早期心悸为病,其中一部分与脾胃相关系,多因脾胃而伤及心血,因而提出了心病可从脾胃论治。
