危险废物鉴别工作是实现危险废物全过程规范化管理的重要组成部分,是防止危险废物环境污染事故的有力保障,建立完善的危险废物鉴别体系对提升危险废物规范化管理水平具有极为重大的意义。通过分析国家及部分省份危险废物鉴别方面的标准和制度,探索建立适合地方管理实际的危险废物鉴别程序。

Hazardous waste identification is an important part of the whole process of standardized management of hazardous waste,and it is a powerful guarantee to prevent environmental pollution accidents caused by hazardous waste.It is of great signifi cance to establish a sound hazardous waste identifi cation system to improve the level of standardized management of hazardous waste.By analyzing the standards and systems of hazardous waste identifi cation in China and some provinces,this paper explores the establishment of hazardous waste identifi cation procedures suitable for local management.
