活动义齿和固定义齿在牙周病伴牙列缺损修复治疗中的临床效果分析

Analysis of clinical effect of removable denture and fixed denture on periodontal disease with dentitiondefect

目的探讨活动义齿和固定义齿在牙周病伴牙列缺损修复治疗中的临床效果。方法50例牙周病伴牙列缺损患者,依据治疗方法不同分为固定义齿组和活动义齿组,每组25例。固定义齿组采用固定义齿治疗,活动义齿组采用活动义齿治疗。比较两组患者口腔健康相关生活质量评分、临床效果。结果治疗后,两组患者口腔疼痛、身体机能、心理状况、独立能力评分均低于治疗前,且固定义齿组患者口腔疼痛、身体机能、心理状况、独立能力评分分别为(3.6±0.4)、(3.5±0.4)、(3.0±0.4)、(4.0±0.4)分,均低于活动义齿组的(4.2±0.5)、(4.3±0.5)、(3.4±0.5)、(4.7±0.6)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。固定义齿组治疗总有效率96.0%高于活动义齿组的76.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论固定义齿应用在牙周病伴牙列缺损患者中,可以改善患者生活质量,提高临床效果。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of removable denture and fixed denture on periodontal disease with dentition defect.Methods A total of 50 cases of periodontal disease with dentition defect were divided into fixed denture group and removable denture group according to different treatment methods,with 25 cases in each group.Fixed denture group was treated with fixed denture,and removable denture group was treated with removable denture.The oral health-related quality of life scores and clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the oral pain,physical function,mental status,independent ability score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the oral pain(3.6±0.4)points,physical function(3.5±0.4)points,mental status(3.0±0.4)points,independent ability score(4.0±0.4)points of fixed denture group were all lower than (4.2±0.5), (4.3±0.5), (3.4±0.5) and (4.7±0.6) points of removable denturegroup, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate 96.0% of fixed denturegroup was higher than 76.0% of removable denture group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Fixed denture can improve the quality of life of periodontal disease with dentition defect and improvetheir clinical effect.
