中西医结合疗法在消化内科的临床应用分析

Clinical application of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in gastroenterologydepartment

目的观察消化内科采用中西医结合治疗的效果。方法88例消化内科患者,按照治疗方法的不同,分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组进行西药治疗,观察组进行中西药联合治疗。对比两组治疗效果、住院时间、复发率。结果观察组治疗总有效率93.18%高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间为(9.88±1.78)d,短于对照组的(16.45±2.67)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发率2.27%低于对照组的13.64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消化内科采用中西药联合治疗能够缩短住院时间,提高治疗效果,减少复发率,临床效果较明显,因此值得推广采用。

Objective To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in gastroenterology department.Methods A total of 88 patients in gastroenterology department were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.The therapeutic effect,hospitalization time and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 93.18%of the observation group was higher than 75.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the observation group was(9.88±1.78)d,which was shorter than(16.45±2.67)d of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate 2.27%of the observation group was lower than 13.64%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine shows obvious clinical effect on patients in gastroenterology department,and it can shorten hospitalization time,improve therapeutic effect and reduce recurrence rate.It is worthy of promotion and application.
