观察中药龙胆泻肝汤治疗失眠的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of Longdan Xiegan Decoction on insomnia

目的探讨中药龙胆泻肝汤治疗失眠的临床效果。方法150例失眠患者,依照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组75例。对照组患者采用常规治疗,观察组患者采用中药龙肝泻胆汤治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗显效32例,占比42.67%;好转20例,占比26.67%,见效13例,占比17.33%;无效10例,占比13.33%;治疗总有效率为86.67%。对照组患者治疗显效19例,占比25.33%;好转18例,占比24.00%;见效14例,占比18.67%;无效24例,占比32.00%;总有效率为68.00%。观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对失眠患者应用中药龙肝泻胆汤进行治疗,能够在很大程度上改善患者的失眠症状,改善生活质量,具有较高的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Longdan Xiegan Decoction on insomnia.Methods A total of 150 patients with insomnia were divided into observation group and control group according to random numerical table,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with Longdan Xiegan Decoction.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results In the observation group,32 cases were markedly effective,accounting for 42.67%,20 cases were improved,accounting for 26.67%,13 cases were effective,accounting for 17.33%and 10 cases were invalid,accounting for 13.33%,with total effective rate as 86.67%.In the control group,19 cases were markedly effective,accounting for 25.33%,18 cases were improved,accounting for 24.00%,14 cases were effective,accounting for 18.67%,and 24 cases were invalid,accounting for 32.00%,with total effective rate as 68.00%.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of insomnia patients,Longgan xiedan Decoction can improve the insomnia symptoms to a great extent,and help improve their quality of life,which has high clinical promotion and application value.
