品管圈在提高卧床患者踝泵运动依从率中的应用效果研究

Study on practical effect of quality control circle in improving the compliance rate of ankle pumpmovement in bedridden patients

目的研究和分析品管圈(QCC)管理模式在提高卧床患者踝泵运动依从率中的应用效果。方法172例卧床患者,随机分为对照组及干预后组,各86例。对照组未接受QCC干预,干预后组应用QCC模式进行干预。比较两组患者踝泵运动依从性、改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分以及深静脉血栓发生率。结果干预后组的依从率87.21%,高于对照组的63.95%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后组的MBI评分(87.11±6.25)分高于对照组的(75.40±11.20)分,差异具有统计学意义(t=8.4668,P<0.05)。干预后组的深静脉血栓发生率为1.16%(1/86),低于对照组的11.63%(10/86),差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.8667,P<0.05)。结论QCC活动可显著提高卧床患者的踝泵运动依从率,值得推广。

Objective To study and analyze the practical effect of quality control circle(QCC)in improving the compliance rate of ankle pump movement in bedridden patients.Methods A total of 172 bedridden patients were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,with 86 cases in each group.The control group received no QCC intervention,and the intervention group received QCC intervention.The compliance of ankle pump movement,modified Barthel index(BMI)score and occurrence of deep venous thrombosis were compared between the two groups.Results The compliance rate 87.21%of the intervention group was higher than 63.95%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The MBI score(87.11±6.25)points of the intervention group was higher than(75.40±11.20)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.4668,P<0.05).The incidence of deep venous thrombosis of the intervention group was 1.16%(1/86),which was lower than 11.63%(10/86)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.8667,P<0.05).Conclusion OCC can significantly improve the compliance rate of ankle pump movement,and it is worth promoting.
