孕期营养保健对妊娠期缺铁性贫血的干预价值

The intervention value of nutrition and health care during pregnancy on iron-deficiency anemia duringpregnancy

目的探讨对妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者采取孕期营养保健干预的价值。方法72例妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组36例。对照组实行常规干预治疗,观察组在常规干预基础上联合孕期营养保健干预。对比两组患者血红蛋白(HGB)、红细胞(RBC)水平及不良母婴预后发生率。结果干预后,两组血红蛋白、红细胞水平均高于本组干预前,且观察组血红蛋白(116.57±12.30)g/L、红细胞(4.80±0.86)×1012/L均高于对照组的(101.54±6.13)g/L、(4.13±0.63)×1012/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良母婴预后发生率为5.6%(2/36),显著低于对照组的25.0%(9/36),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕期营养保健干预能有效改善妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者的缺血状况,减少不良母婴预后的发生,干预效果显著,值得临床应用。

Objective To discuss the intervention value of nutrition and health care during pregnancy on iron-deficiency anemia during pregnancy.Methods A total of 72 patients with iron-deficiency anemia during pregnancy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received conventional intervention,and the observation group received nutrition and health care during pregnancy based on conventional intervention.The levels of hemoglobin(HGB)and red blood cell(RBC)and the incidence of adverse maternal and infant prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the hemoglobin and red blood cell of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the hemoglobin(116.57±12.30)g/L and red blood cell(4.80±0.86)×1012/L of the observation group were higher than(101.54±6.13)g/L and(4.13±0.63)×1012/L of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse maternal and infant prognosis of the observation group was 5.6%(2/36),which was significantly lower than 25.0%(9/36)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nutrition and health care during pregnancy can effectively improve the ischemic condition of patients with iron-deficiency anemia during pregnancy,reduce the occurrence of adverse maternal and infant prognosis,and the intervention effect is significant,which is worthy of clinical application.
