非参数假设检验在直升机振动阈值设定中的应用

摘要 随着通航的快速发展,保证通航直升机持续稳定适航的数据大量增加。如何应用这些数据以提高飞行的经济性、安全性成为研究的焦点。本文以某型直升机主减速器左后风扇齿轮组中风扇齿轮的振动数据为例,阐述了基于假设检验方法的阈值设定。首先,应用假设检验方法确定采集到的振动数据所服从的分布;然后,按预先设定的误警率对概率分布函数的反函数进行计算,并以此确定出临界阈值。
