本文围绕我国监狱老病残犯若干问题为核心,旨在立足司法实践,探索理论研究,以期推进我国监狱管理的进一步文明化科学化法治化。论文从七个方面展开论述:前言、界定、制度发展史、问题及原因分析、完善措施、整体思考与建言、结论。

Taking the old,sick and disabled prisoners in China as a central topic,this paper aims at judicial practice and theoretical explorations in the hope of advancing Chinese prison management in a civilized scientific way.The current research is composed of seven parts,namely,foreword,definition,institutional development history,problems and cause analysis,improvement measures,overall thinking and advice,and conclusion.
