“碳中和”目标下应对“两个细则”考核的风储模型搭建

摘要 “碳中和”目标下,储能是新能源场站不可或缺的一部分。为增加新能源风电场配置储能的收益,减少电网“两个细则”考核金额,该文提出以“两个细则”考核中的功率预测指标为约束条件搭建风储模型,确定新能源风电场站应对“两个细则”考核的储能系统优化配置方案。对西北地区某400 MW风电场的实际运行数据进行分析,搭建点阵式风储模型进行仿真。仿真结果显示在储能配比为风电场容量的10%时,可以有效降低新能源风电场“两个细则”的考核金额,最大化风储系统的综合收益。该模型适用于西北区域存在电网“两个细则”考核的其他风电场,方法简单,普适性高。 With the goal of achieving carbon neutrality,energy storage is an indispensable part of new energy stations.In order to increase the income of wind farms with energy storage and reduce the assessment amount of the "two detailed rules" of power grid,the power prediction index in the "two detailed rules" assessment is taken as constraint conditions to build a wind storage model,and an optimal configuration plan of energy storage system for wind farms in response to the "two detailed rules" assessment is determined.The actual operation data of a 400 MW wind farm in the northwest region is analyzed,and a lattice wind storage model for simulation is built.The simulation results show that when the energy storage ratio is 10% of wind farm capacity,the assessment amount of the "two detailed rules" of the wind farm can be effectively reduced,and the overall income of the wind storage system can be maximized.The model is applicable to other wind farms in the northwest region where the "two detailed rules" applies.The method is simple and universal.
