摘要
实际配电网在网络参数、联络开关数量、负荷转供能力等方面与标准算例有着明显区别,为解决实际配电网中联络开关和柔性软开关(Soft Ppen Point,SOP)配合供电问题,采用有源配电网柔性软开关规划方法对西部某地区实际算例进行分析,以安装柔性软开关容量、网损以及经济性为目标函数,优化配电网中柔性软开关安装位置和容量,在正常运行时柔性软开关将配电网柔性互联,在故障情况下能提供故障电流,使故障迅速隔离,提高供电可靠性。
The actual distribution network is obviously different from the standard calculation example in terms of the network parameters,the number of contact switches,and the load transfer capacities,etc..In order to solve the problem of matching power supply between the tie switch and soft open point(SOP) in the actual distribution network,an active distribution network SOP planning method is used to analyze an actual example of a certain area in the west.The SOP capacity to be installed,the network loss and the economy are taken as the objective function to optimize the installation position and capacity of SOPs in the distribution network.The SOP not only flexibly interconnects the distribution network during normal operation,but also improves power supply reliability in case of faults by providing fault current and isolating the fault quickly.
