Research on the Strategy Innovation of Platform E-commerce Enterprises to Help Agriculture under the Rural Revitalization Strategy

乡村振兴战略实施以来,农村地区社会经济得到了有效发展。但农业农村基础差、底子薄、发展滞后的状况尚未根本改变,助农仍是各界服务农村的重点。电子商务蓬勃发展为有效解决“三农问题”提供了新路径,文章在总结既有电商助农进展基础上,分析了农产品品质、物流网络基础设施、合作各方利益联结机制及电商人才建设方面存在的突出问题,并从政府、电商平台企业、金融机构、农户等利益相关者角度提出了针对性改进策略。

Since the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,the social economy in rural areas has been effectively developed.However,the situation of poor foundation,weak foundation and lagging development of agriculture and rural areas has not been fundamentally changed.The vigorous development of e-commerce provides a new way to effectively solve the“three rural issues”.On the basis of summarizing the progress of e-commerce in helping agriculture,this paper analyzes the outstanding problems existing in the quality of agricultural products,logistics network infrastructure,the interest connection mechanism of all partners and the construction of e-commerce talents,and puts forward the suggestions from the perspective of the government,e-commerce platform enterprises,financial institutions,farmers and other stakeholders targeted improvement strategies are proposed.
