摘要 文章在以旧换新背景下,建立以制造商为主体的两阶段闭环供应链系统,考虑旧产品的剩余价值对老客户再次购买的影响,利用博弈论分析方法比较了不同情形下制造商的最优定价和回收策略。结果表明:以旧换新策略对产品销量、制造商利润产生显著影响;当以旧换新的价格折扣高于某阈值时,制造商的利润反而会降低;实施部分回收时,制造商获得的利润最大。研究结论对企业推行以旧换新策略有一定的指导研究意义。 Based on the background of trade-in,this research establishes a two-stage closed-loop supply chain system with manufacturers as the main body,considers the impact of the residual value of old products on the repurchase of old customers,and uses the game theory analysis method to compare the optimal pricing and recycling strategy of manufacturers under different situations.The results show that the trade-in strategy has a significant impact on product sales and manufacturer's profit;when the price discount of trade-in is higher than a certain threshold,the manufacturer's profit will decrease;when partial recycling is implemented,the manufacturer gains the most profit.The research conclusions of this article have certain guiding research significance for enterprises to implement the trade-in strategy.
