料钟分布器对干熄焦炉内焦炭粒度偏析的作用

摘要 为了解决干熄炉内焦炭粒度偏析的问题,采用三维离散元法对料钟分料器减少焦炭粒度偏析的作用进行分析。得到以下结论,无料钟分料器时,在直径方向和圆周方向上存在明显的焦炭粒度偏析,且y轴焦炭粒度偏析程度明显大于x轴焦炭粒度偏析程度;不同角度的分料器可以改善干熄炉内焦炭的偏析程度;在干熄炉直径方向和圆周方向上,60°的分料器可以将焦炭的偏析程度降至最低,有利于进一步控制循环气分布。 In order to solve the problem of the segregationof coke size charging in large-scale CDQ equipment,a threedimensional discrete element method(DEM)was used to analyze the effect of bell distributor on reducing coke size segregation.The results are as follows.The coke size segregation in diameter direction and circumference direction is obvious,and the degree of coke size segregation in the y-axis is larger than that in x-axis;the segregation degree of coke in CDQ can be improved by the different angle of the distributor,and the 60°distributor can reduce the segregation degree of coke in diameter direction and the circumferential direction of CDQ,which is beneficial to further control the distribution of gas.
