明代地方教官

摘要 明代府州县皆置官学。明初,地方教官颇受尊重,升迁前途亦甚佳,有官至大学士者。及后﹐教官升迁机会日宰﹐甚至不能参加会试。教官最后成为安妥年迈贡生之所。官学未能提供优质教育,乃明代书院兴起主因之一。 Based on contemporary literary works in addition to traditional historical texts,this study traces the role of the local education officials in Ming China(1368—1644),how eventually the post was reserved for old scholars who had no advancement prospect The poor quality of teachers led to the deterioration of govermment schools and was one of the main reasons why people founded private academies since the Mid-Ming.
