Digital Scholarship at Brown:New Trends in Research Services in North American University Libraries

近年来北美很多大学建立了数字人文学术中心,显示了在全球化信息时代的最新技术与人文科学相结合的新趋向.本文以布朗大学数字学术中心为典型实例,试通过对其发展的历程、组织建制、技术设施、运行机制、服务范围、研究手段、现状及成果等方面的简要考察,从历史文化与信息技术结合的角度对北美大学图书馆的数字学术发展、知识创新和研究服务与随之而来的新挑战、新机遇、新趋向进行初步的探讨和思考.
