医联体建设是推动分级诊疗制度建设的重要抓手,远程医疗协作网作为医联体建设的4种组织模式之一,对促进优质医疗卫生资源下沉,推进分级诊疗具有重要意义。本研究围绕北京大学肿瘤医院借助"互联网+医疗健康"创新服务模式建设远程医疗协作网的实践举措,分析运行中存在的不足之处,探讨远程医疗协作网推进分级诊疗制度的发展策略,为医院决策者及管理者提供参考。

The construction of medical alliances is an important approach to promoting the construction of graded diagnosis and treatment system.As one of the four organizational models in the construction of medical alliances,telemedicine collaboration network plays an important role in promoting the sinking of high-quality medical and health resources and the construction of the graded diagnosis and treatment system.This study focused on the practice of constructing telemedicine collaboration network in Peking University cancer hospital through"Internet+medical health"service innovation mode,analyzed the existing deficiencies in operation,and discussed the strategies of constructing graded diagnosis and treatment system with telemedicine collaboration network promote,so as to provide reference for hospital policy makers and managers.
