跨机构协同检验中心流程设计与应用实现

摘要 目的为避免疫情期间生物样本可能存在的交叉感染,彻底解决原有手工流程存在的难追溯、难管理等问题,采用信息化手段,重塑检验样本外送项目流程,建设跨机构协同检验中心系统,做到精细化同质化管理。方法以需求为导向,结合实际情况,对比国内常见解决方案,梳理总结信息化流程设计思路及系统实现要点,根据应用成效开展研究。结果建设完成协同检验中心,打造精细化样本外送流程,外送全程实名节点记录,电子化报告自动回传,解决外送标本检验结果在医院的信息共享难题。结论实现了检验外送流程全程精细化管理,院内原有业务在疫情期间平稳过渡,不受外送流程影响,保障了疫情期间检验结果的真实有效,保证医疗质量和医疗安全。 Objective To avoid the possible cross-infection of biological samples during the COVID-19 epidemic,and to completely solve the problems of difficult traceability and management in the previous manual processes by redesigning the process of sample delivery using information methods and by refined homogenous management through setting up inter-agency collaborative labortory.Method The key points of design and system realization were summarized and the study was conducted according to the application effect based on demand orientation,actual situation and comparison with common solutions in China.Results A collaborative labortory and refined sample delivery process were built up to achieve whole process real-name record.The electronic reports were automatically transmitted back,which solved the information sharing problem of the testing results.Conclusion The whole process refined management was achieved for the sample delivery.The original sample testing in the hospital was carried out without being affected by the delivery process,ensuring the authenticity and validity of the testing results and medical quality and safety during the epidemic.
