基于职业胜任力的临床医学研究生培养及相关问题分析

Analysis of Clinical Medicine Postgraduates Training and Related Issues based on Professional Competency

临床医学研究生教育是我国培养合格医师的重要途径,随着住院医师规范化培训的深入,目前正步入以胜任力培养为核心的阶段。本文从提升临床医学研究生职业胜任力的角度,系统分析研究生临床培训过程中存在的非规范培训、师资准入制度缺失、对医学人文教育认识不够和课程体系较为陈旧等问题及其原因,探讨并提出解决问题的对策。

Clinical medicine postgraduates’training is an important way to train qualified doctors in China.Resident standardized training is stepping into the stage of taking competency training as the core.From the perspective of improving the professional competency of clinical medicine postgraduates,this paper systematically analyzed the problems in the process of postgraduate clinical training,such as the lack of standardization,the lack of teacher access system,the inadequate cognition of medical humanistic education and the relatively old curriculum system,explored the causes of these problems,and put forward solutions.
