石河子市育龄期妇女乙肝疫苗接种调查

Survey of hepatitis B vaccination among women at childbearing age in Shihezi city of Xinjiang

目的了解新疆石河子市育龄期妇女乙肝疫苗接种情况及影响因素。方法采用问卷调查收集在石河子妇幼保健院开展健康检查的育龄期妇女的年龄、文化程度、职业和民族等资料,分析乙肝疫苗接种状况。结果 2019年共调查育龄期妇女1 184人,平均年龄(30.86±6.56)岁,乙肝疫苗接种率为47.13%;不同文化程度(χ^(2)=20.830))、年龄(χ^(2)=10.023)和职业(χ^(2)=20.565)的育龄期妇女,乙肝疫苗接种率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);但不同民族(χ^(2)=6.973)和地区(χ^(2)=1.443)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论石河子市育龄期妇女中存在乙型肝炎易感人群,针对不同人群应采取不同措施,加强健康教育宣传、提高育龄期妇女免疫水平,保证出生人口质量。

Objective To understand the situation of hepatitis B vaccination and the influencing factors among women at childbearing age in Shihezi city, Xinjiang. Methods The information of age, educational background, occupation and ethnicity were collected with questionnaire survey among the women at childbearing age attended the health examination in Shihezi Maternal and Child Health Hospital, and the situation of hepatitis B vaccination were analyzed. Results Totally1 184 women at childbearing age surveyed in 2019, with the average age of(30.86±6.56) years, and the rate of hepatitis B vaccination was 47.13%. There were statistical differences(P<0.05) in the rates of hepatitis B vaccination among different educational background(χ^(2)=20.830), ages(χ^(2)=10.023) and occupations(χ^(2)=20.565). There was no statistical difference(P>0.05) in the rates of hepatitis B vaccination among different ethnic groups(χ^(2)=6.973) and regions(χ^(2)=1.443). Conclusions There is susceptible population of hepatitis B among the women at childbearing age in Shihezi city. The targeted measures should be carried out in different groups for strengthening the health education and improving the antibody level in the women at childbearing age to ensure the quality of the newborn population.
