新冠肺炎疫情视阈下社区智慧防疫系统建设探讨

A Study on the Construction of an Intelligent Epidemic Prevention System in the Background of COVID-19

自新冠疫情爆发以来,社区在疫情防控中发挥了重要作用,但也暴露出防控工作严重依赖人力、科技力量应用不足和智能应用不能发挥主导作用等问题。从形成社区防疫合力、提高社区创新模式防控技术、构建智慧社区四级联动体系以及完善信息安全管理制度等4个方面提出对策,以推动智慧社区防疫体系构建。

Although the community has played an important role in preventing COVID-19,such problems arise as the over-dependence on human forces,the insufficient application of technology,and the inadequate function of intelligence.The paper studies the establishment of an intelligent epidemic prevention system from the aspects of forming a community joint force to prevent epidemic,integrating resources to improve the innovative technological support of the community,building a four-level joint action mechanism of the intelligent community,and improving the management system of information security.
