党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视党内集中教育。党史学习教育作为当前全党范围内开展的一次集中教育,是党推进自我革命、加强自身建设、提升执政能力的重要途径。党史学习教育能否取得实效,关键在于这次集中教育可否有序有效推进。为此,要加强党史学习教育的顶层设计,优化党史学习教育的媒介平台,创新党史学习教育的方法手段,健全党史学习教育的体制机制,构筑党史学习教育的动力系统,确保党史学习教育向纵深推进并取得实效。

Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the CPC Central Committee with General Secretary Xi Jinping as the core has attached great importance to intra-party centralized education.As a centralized education carried out within the scope of the party,the study and education of party history is an important way for the party to promote its self-revolution,strengthen its self-construction and enhance its governing capacity.Whether the study of the party’s history education can achieve practical results depends on whether the centralized education can be orderly and effectively promoted.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the top-level design of party history learning education,optimize the media platform of party history learning education,innovate the methods and means of party history learning education,perfect the system and mechanism of party history learning education,construct the dynamic system of party history learning education,and ensure that advancement in depth and achievement in practical results will be registered in party history learning education.
