摘要
为探寻高校教师内在激励因素与任务绩效之间的关系,选取200名高校教师作为研究对象,采用结构方程模型构建高校教师激励模型并进行实证研究。研究结果表明:工作成就对科学研究呈正相关关系,且有显著性影响;创新激励对教育教学呈正相关关系,且有显著性影响;个人价值对社会服务呈正相关关系,且有显著性影响。因此,高校应在教师激励方面建立以教学创新为主的绩效考核模式,建立以树立教师工作成就感为主的科研导向机制;建立以学校为主体的社会合作平台,激发教师参与社会服务的积极性等。
In order to explore the relationship between internal motivators and task performance of university teachers,200 university teachers were selected as the research objects.The structural equation model was used to construct the motivational model of university teachers and the empirical research was carried out.The results show that there is a positive correlation between work achievement and scientific research,and there is a significant influence;innovation incentive has a positive correlation with education and teaching,and has a significant influence;personal value has a positive correlation with social service,and has a significant influence.Therefore,colleges and universities should set up a performance appraisal mode based on teaching innovation,a research-oriented mechanism based on the sense of achievement of teachers;work,and a school-oriented mechanism to stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in social service.
