习近平总书记关于扶贫工作重要论述可融贯到高校思政课中,作为以社会主义人民主权理论讲好精准脱贫故事的核心原则,在理论教学中,贯彻坚持精准脱贫共享全面小康论述,表征社会主义人民主权作为中国特色社会主义制度安排原则;在实践教学中,用好坚持真抓实干凝聚各方力量论述指导实践教学安排原则,表征中国特色社会主义制度行动规则作为社会主义人民主权价值实现具象;以坚持党的领导激发群众主人翁意识论述,统合理论与实践教学学理于中国特色社会主义制度保障人民主体性上,增强大学生对党的忠诚信念。

The General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition about poverty alleviation could be integrated into college ideological and political course,which is the core principle for telling the story about targeted poverty alleviation with the theory of the socialist popular sovereignty.In the one aspect,during the process of theoretical teaching,the course could implement the exposition about the principle of insisting on targeted poverty alleviation and the principle of sharing overall well-being,embodies the fact that the principle for system arrangement of socialism with Chinese characteristics is from the political idea of socialist popular sovereignty;in the other aspect,during the process of practical teaching,the course could make good use of the exposition of insisting on working hard and gathering strength from all parties to guide the principle of the arrangement of the practical teaching,embodies the concrete situation that the rules of action of system of socialism with Chinese characteristics function as the realization of value from the political idea of socialist popular sovereignty;and eventually,the course could make use of the exposition of adherence to the leadership of the CPC and promoting the consciousness of master for mass as the doctrinal choroid for unifying the theoretical teaching and practical teaching,enhance university students’idea of being faithful to the CPC.
