The office automation system of telecom operators has been developing rapidly along with the development of IT supporting technology.The article describes the design of the office automation system follows the principles of cloud computing,visualization,mobility and SaaS architecture,and combines with the private cloud resources owned by operators to improve the utilization efficiency of hardware infrastructure;it adopts hierarchical componentization and multitenancy to realize the separation of business,technology,data and function,and improve the reuse of business technology.
