清宣止咳颗粒联合特布他林治疗小儿支气管哮喘的效果观察

The effects of the Qingxuan Zhike granules plus terbutaline on bronchial asthma in children

目的:探讨清宣止咳颗粒联合特布他林治疗小儿支气管哮喘的效果。方法:选110例支气管哮喘患儿随机分为研究组和对照组,每组55例。对照组接受硫酸特布他林雾化吸入治疗,研究组在此基础上联合清宣止咳颗粒口服治疗。比较两组肺功能指标、炎症因子水平和症状改善时间。结果:治疗前两组的第1秒用力呼吸容积(Forced Breathing Volume in 1 second,FEV1)、用力肺活量(Forced Vital Capacity,FVC)、最大呼气流量(Peak Expiratory Flow,PEF)无显著差异(P> 0.05),治疗后研究组的FEV1、FVC、PEF较对照组显著增大(P <0.05);治疗前两组肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素-4(Interleukin-4,IL-4)和细胞间黏附分子-1(Intercellular Adhesion Molecule-1,ICAM-1)的水平无显著差异(P> 0.05),治疗后研究组的TNF-α、IL-4、ICAM-1较对照组显著降低(P <0.05);研究组患儿咳嗽改善时间、喘息改善时间、气促改善时间均显著短于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:清宣止咳颗粒联合特布他林可有效改善支气管哮喘患儿的肺功能,减轻炎症反应,改善临床症状。

Objective: To explore the effects of the Qingxuan Zhike granules(清宣止咳颗粒) with terbutaline on bronchial asthma in children. Methods: 110 children with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, 55 cases in each group. The control group received Terbutaline sulfate nebulized inhalation, and the study group was given the Qingxuan Zhike granules more. Results: There was no significant difference in FEV1, FVC, and PEF between the groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the above indicators in the study group were increased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of TNF-α, IL-4 and ICAM-1 in the study group were decreased obviously compared with before treatment and were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The cough amelioration time, wheezing amelioration time, and breath amelioration time in the study group was all significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Qingxuan Zhike granules plus terbutaline can effectively improve the lung function of children with bronchial asthma, reduce inflammation and ameliorate clinical symptoms.
