联用芍药汤与痛泻要方加减治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果观察

The clinical effect of the Shaoyao decoction plus the Tongxie Yaofang decoction on chronic ulcerative colitis

目的:对芍药汤与痛泻要方加减治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的效果进行探讨。方法:选取昭通市中医医院于2018年1月-2019年2月期间收治的40例慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者,通过区组随机化法将患者划分成对照组和研究组,各组例数均为20例,前者为患者使用西医法进行治疗,后者为患者使用芍药汤联合痛泻要方加减治疗,对两组临床治疗效果进行比较和探讨。结果:研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异显著(P <0.05);且研究组中医症状评分、病理积分和炎症因子评分显著优于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异显著(P <0.05)。结论:对慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者使用芍药汤联合痛泻要方加减治疗,效果显著,可以明显改善患者病情,提高生活质量,值得借鉴。

Objective: To discuss the effect of the Shaoyao decoction(芍药汤) plus the Tongxie Yaofang(痛泻要方) on chronic ulcerative colitis. Methods: 40 cases in our hospital were selected and were divided into the control group and the study group by block randomization method, with 20 cases in each. The control group took Western medicine, and the study group received the Shaoyao decoction plus the Tongxie Yaofang decoction. Results: The total efficiency in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). The TCM symptom scores, pathology scores and inflammatory factor scores in the study group were significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and P<0.05. Conclusion: Treating chronic ulcerative colitis with the Shaoyao decoction plus the Tongxie Yaofang decoction shows a significant effect. It can significantly ameliorate the patients’ condition and improve the life quality, and is worth learning.
