穴位贴敷联合耳穴贴压治疗慢性单纯性鼻炎的疗效观察

Efficacy of acupoint application plus auricular application on chronic simple rhinitis

目的:探讨穴位贴敷联合耳穴贴压治疗慢性单纯性鼻炎的疗效。方法:选取2018年3月-2020年1月广东省佛山市中医院收治的慢性单纯性鼻炎患者142例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用穴位贴敷联合耳穴贴压,疗程为12周。比较两组的临床疗效,鼻塞、鼻涕、嗅觉减退等症状评分,健康调查简表(SF-36)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)量表评分,记录24周复发率。结果:观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0.05);两组患者鼻塞、鼻涕、嗅觉、PSQI评分均较治疗前显著下降,且治疗后观察组鼻塞、鼻涕、嗅觉减退、PSQI评分均显著低于对照组(P <0.05);两组患者SF-36评分均较治疗前显著升高,且治疗后观察组SF-36评分显著高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组24周复发率显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷联合耳穴贴压可以改善慢性单纯性鼻炎患者的症状,提高生活质量,改善睡眠质量,降低复发率。

Objective: To explore the effect of acupoint application plus auricular application on chronic simple rhinitis. Methods: 142 patients were randomly divided into the control group and observation group. The control group was given conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated by acupoint application plus auricular application more. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). The scores of nasal congestions, snot, smell and PSQI scores in two groups were decreased significantly compared with before treatment, and those in the observation group were decreased more(P<0.05). The SF-36 scores in two groups were increased significantly compared with before treatment, and that in the observation group was increased more significantly(P<0.05). The recurrence rate at 24 weeks in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupoint application plus auricular application on chronic simple rhinitis can ameliorate symptoms, improve quality of life, improve the quality of sleep, and decrease the relapse.
