摘要
雌激素与多种女性生殖系统疾病(子宫内膜癌、子宫内膜异位症、子宫肌瘤、子宫肉瘤等)的发生和进展有关。乳腺癌雌激素调控因子1(GREB1)是近年来新发现的雌激素反应性基因,其结构和功能与雌激素调控密切相关。既往研究多集中于GREB1与乳腺癌的关系,但近年发现GREB1在女性生殖系统中也发挥重要作用。在女性生殖系统中,所有表达雌激素受体的组织和器官中均存在GREB1的表达,且与体内雌激素水平相关。此外,多种雌激素相关疾病的发生与进展也有GREB1的参与。因此,未来其有望成为雌激素依赖性疾病的治疗靶点。
Estrogen is closely related to the occurrence and progression of various female reproductive system diseases( endometrial cancer,endometriosis,uterine fibroids,uterine sarcoma,etc). Growth regulation by estrogen in breast cancer 1( GREB1) is an estrogen-responsive gene discovered in recent years,and its structure and function are closely related to estrogen regulation. Previous studies have mostly focused on the relationship between GREB1 and breast cancer.However,recent studies have shown that GREB1 also plays an important role in the female reproductive system. In the female reproductive system,GREB1 is expressed in all tissues and organs that express estrogen receptors. The expression of GREB1 is related to the level of estrogen,and is involved in the progression of a variety of estrogen-related diseases. Therefore,GREB1 is expected to become a therapeutic target for estrogen-dependent diseases in the future.
