摘要
心力衰竭是多种心血管疾病的终末期。长期后负荷压力增加等导致心脏室壁力学结构的改变,常表现为心室重构,继而逐渐发展为心力衰竭。临床及实验研究常通过检测心肌纵向应变、环向应变及径向应变等参数评价左心室整体收缩及舒张功能。通过超声斑点追踪成像技术、3D室壁运动追踪技术、心脏磁共振成像等技术获得相关参数,经分析发现心力衰竭患者的左心室结构均相应发生改变,左心室整体应变降低。此外,还有一些新兴技术如正电子发射断层成像、实时三维超声心动图等通过结合生物标志物可以更好地检测心肌状态。
Heart failure is the end stage of a variety of cardiovascular diseases: the increase of long-term afterload pressure leads to the change of ventricular wall mechanical structure,which is characterized by ventricular remodeling,and then gradually develops into heart failure. In the clinical and experimental studies,the parameters of longitudinal strain,circumferential strain and radial strain are often measured to evaluate the overall left ventricular systolic and diastolic function.Through the use of ultrasonic speckle tracking imaging technology,3D wall motion tracking technology,cardiac magnetic resonance imaging technology and other technologies,the related parameters data can be obtained,and it’s discovered that the left ventricular structures of the patients with heart failure all have changed accordingly,and the overall strain of left ventricle is decreased. In addition,some emerging technologies such as positron emission tomography and real-time threedimensional echocardiography can better detect myocardial state by combining biomarkers.
