摘要
准确识别电网中的关键输电线路对于预防电力系统大停电事故具有重要意义。针对大停电事故过程主要由事故前和事故后2个阶段构成,在广域量测环境下,提出了基于输电线路利用率和连锁过载线路数量的关键输电线路辨识方法。首先,针对事故前提出了发电至负荷有功传输过程中输电线路利用率指标,辨识关键输电线路;其次,针对事故后提出了连锁过载线路数量指标以量化大停电范围;最后,给出了利用这2个指标的综合辨识关键输电线路的方法。通过对实际电网的仿真验证,表明了所提方法的有效性。
Accurate identification of key transmission lines in power grid is of great significance to prevent power system blackout. In view of the fact that blackout mainly consists of pre-accident and post-accident phases, a key transmission line identification method based on transmission line utilization and number of cascaded overload lines is proposed in wide-area measurement environment. Firstly, the utilization index of transmission line during the process from generation to load active power transmission is proposed to identify the key transmission lines before the accident. Secondly, the number index of cascading overload lines is proposed to quantify the blackout range after the accident. Finally, the comprehensive identification method of key transmission lines based on the two indexes is given. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the simulation of an actual power grid.
