线上教学的质量保证维度与多维度协同

The Synergy of Quality Assurance Dimension and Multi-dimension in Online Teaching

包括线上教学在内的教育行业数字化转型,是教育信息化的必由之路.2020年新冠疫情的发生加快了这一进程,同时也暴露出诸如线上授课平台杂多且功能不够全面和成熟、网络交流缺少情绪互动、现场监督不足纪律涣散、师生双向反馈不及时、依赖视频回放导致听讲紧张度下降等问题.解决这些线上教学质量问题,依赖任何单一维度的方法既不充分也不经济.本文根据系统科学要素互补的思想,比较优势经济性、范围经济性和杠杆经济性等经济学原理,以及多维度协同教育理论,基于OBE理念以育人质量为目标,精准定位提升教学效益的要素,构建了教管互补、家校同监、朋辈社区、知识拓展和仿真实践多个教学质量保证维度,通过发挥多维度协同教育作用,为有效提高线上教学质量提供一个新的解决方案.

The digital transformation of the education industry,including online teaching,is the only way for education informatization.The COVID-19 epidemic in 2020 has accelerated this process,and at the same time,it has also exposed such problems as a variety of online teaching platforms with incomple te and immature functions,lack of emotional interaction in online communication,lack of on-site supervision and lax discipline,untimely two-way feedback between teachers and students,and a decrease in the intensity of listening and teaching due to reliance on video playback.This paper,based on complementary elements of system science thought,economy of comparative advantage,economy of scope,principles of economics,such as leveraged economy and multidimensional collaborative educati on theory,and the concept of quality-oriented OBE,aims to achieve accurate positioning to promote teaching efficiency elements and the synergy of education parties featuring complementation between teaching and management,joint supervision from home and school,peer community,expansion of knowledge,simulation practice and so on.
